What is Pilates?
Pilates was created by Joseph H. Pilates during the 1920’s. It works by building strength from your core, re-balancing the muscles and bringing the body into its correct alignment, improving your posture to become longer, leaner and more toned. The perfect balance between strength and flexibility whilst also relieving stress and tension.
Pilates is suitable for everyone, male, female, young or old, whatever level of fitness. For the sportsman, dancer, golfer, whether professional or amateur it can prevent injury and enhance performance.
